Erica Cruikshank Dodd’s academic career spans over 65 years and covers a range of topics in late antique, Byzantine, Islamic, and Crusader art. The biographical sketch and bibliography of the honoree included in this volume show that Cruikshank Dodd has been continually broadening her areas of expertise, motivated largely by the monuments in and around Beirut, where she has lived for a large portion of her life.
